What Improvements Require Approval?
All changes and modifications to the exterior of your home or lot, large or small, must first be approved by the Association. The following is a general list of items that require written approval. If there is a question as to whether or not something requires approval, please call our office.
Structural improvements to the exterior of your home
Building/Structures (Patio Covers, Gazebos Decks, Concrete Slabs, Fountains/Water Features, Sheds, Green Houses, Garages, Play Structures, Swimming Pools, etc.)
Landscaping (Plants, Flowers, Sod, Installing Flower Beds, Rock and etc.)
Screen Doors and Shade Structures
Fountains and water features
Exterior Light Fixtures
Note: The above list is not a complete list and there may be other items that require a written request to be submitted for approval. If there is a question to whether or not something needs to be approved please contact our office.
Failure to obtain written approval prior to commencement of construction or installation of any improvement or modification shall constitute a violation of the CC&R's and may include but not be limited to levying of fines,
legal action and or require modifications or removal of unauthorized improvements at the owner's expense.
